Raqito started in 2019 in London with a simple idea: corporate team days should be organised properly, with a clear brief, a fixed price, and someone answering the phone when something needs changing. We began with a small group of organisers running activity days for local offices around the city and have since grown into a team of 19, covering 2 areas of London and offering 9 distinct services, from outdoor challenges to indoor workshops.
Over seven years we have worked with 1,596 clients on 2,562 completed bookings, and 560 of those clients came back to book a second event. That repeat rate matters more to us than any single glowing review, because it tells us the day worked and the team wanted more of it.
Our aim is straightforward: give managers a day that gets a team talking to each other again, without the guesswork of organising it themselves. We plan the logistics, brief the facilitators, and confirm the schedule in writing before anyone leaves the office.
Since 2019 we have run 2,562 completed jobs for 1,596 clients across London. Below are ten examples that show what a typical booking looks like, from a half-day outdoor session to a multi-day offsite for a full department.
A one-day outdoor programme for a 40-person finance team, held on a private stretch of the Thames path. Groups rotated through six timed tasks, with a debrief session covering communication gaps observed during the exercises.
Held at a hired venue in Shoreditch for 65 staff drawn from three departments that rarely worked together. The four-hour session used structured problem-solving rounds followed by a shared lunch to keep conversation going informally.
A two-day programme for 14 recently promoted managers, mixing case discussions with role-play exercises on delegation and feedback. Sessions ran in the mornings, leaving afternoons free for follow-up meetings back at the client's office.
A two-day retreat for a 90-person marketing agency, booked out at a countryside venue within reach of London. Day one covered strategy workshops, day two shifted to informal team activities and a closing dinner.
A half-day booking for a 22-person tech support team, built around a series of locked-box puzzles that required members to share information across sub-groups. Ran twice in one afternoon to cover both shift rotations.
A full-day event for 30 staff from an insurance firm, spent renovating a community garden in East London. The task-based format gave every group a visible result by the end of the day, followed by a short group review.
A booking for 120 people from a logistics company, held at a hired sports ground on the outskirts of London. Six mixed teams competed across five short matches, with results tallied on a scoreboard visible to all groups.
A compact half-day session for an 8-person executive team, focused on resolving unclear reporting lines after a restructure. Held at the client's own boardroom, with a facilitator guiding structured discussion rather than group games.
A three-hour evening booking for 24 people from a media company, held at a rented kitchen studio near Kings Cross. Groups worked in pairs to prepare a three-course meal, eaten together at a long shared table.
A recurring quarterly booking for a retail head office, run for groups of 15-20 new starters each time. The day mixes short introductions to each department with light group tasks designed to help new hires learn names faster.
Nine formats, built over seven years of running sessions across London for teams of all sizes. Each one below lists what happens, roughly how long it runs, and the price per person or per group so you can plan a budget before you call.
